I really liked both blankets I got from YnM and would definitely recommend them to anyone having trouble calming their nervous system and falling asleep. If you're having thoughts or anxiety at bedtime, something about the extra weight distributed around your body really helps calm those feelings and adds that interesting sense of security. The quilts are of a very high quality and I really liked the texture of the glass beads as filling instead of the plastic granules. Overall, these blankets are cheaper than other competitors, so I think it's definitely a worthwhile purchase for anyone experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, or just for people who want better quality sleep. Highly recommended!
