I rated it a minus 4 on the ball scale because it is clearly not next-gen in terms of power. Although the new vibration in the gamepad is executed flawlessly, it is a very "nextgen" feature, the device itself does not allow any new methods of interaction at this time. There are no exclusive games, and both games and the system cost a fortune. If you were shocked by Steam's rates, you should be equally appalled by those from the Sony store. For this reason, I strongly advise getting the version that comes with a disk. Perhaps things will improve in the not-too-distant future.
