Review on Risklens by Todd Markel

We use RLS for our internal audit process. It is very easy to use and intuitive. The best part of the product is that you can customize your own views by selecting the data sources, views, dimensions etc. I would like to see more customizations. If there are any issues with the tool then they usually resolve them quickly. There is not much room for customization so we always have to go with the defaults which sometimes causes some confusion for us as an organization. It was difficult to identify business risks at the customer level until we used RiskLense. It has helped us understand what risks do the customers face and how to mitigate those risks.
