The floral pattern is intricate, the layers are of decent quality. I ordered 3 T for my 2 year old. Pleasant in width. The length is longer than expected, almost to the ankle. I think for a 3 year old girl it will be a little long as if the dress is the same length from 3T to 6. Despite the length, it still looks very cute on my girl.
