It is light and fairly easy to set up, but due to its light weight it becomes very brittle when trying to use it. Trying to apply enough pressure to actually get the dirt off the windows is a challenge. Our windows are double hung and located in a high rise building in Florida. These are impact-resistant windows that do not tilt and are therefore difficult to clean. I was hoping this would be the answer and I cleaned the windows but this turned out to be a lot harder than I expected or hoped and will probably keep looking for a better solution.
