Ordered for our new puppy and when I went to pick him up the dowels didn't match the cover. I contacted the company who was very nice but wanted me to send pics of them not coming up which I did. Then they wanted more photos and measurements to find out what was wrong with the design. I explained to her that I have a new puppy that I can't leave alone because I don't have a cage for her. even with it. I would contact Revain who immediately sent me a new one and asked me to send back the wrong one. The new one fitted perfectly and I like it, but what a Pia.
