I am very upset, the product is no good.

The box was already opened upon receipt. There was no tape, nothing. In the service center it turned out that the goods were sent almost broken, flooded and opened. Some elements burned/melted. All screws are rusty. Photo - mop a month and a half. Used 3 times, never stored with water.

Full set Doesn't make noise

Cons

Gets hot Leaks when tilted in any direction A month after purchase, the steam regulator broke. The goods cannot be returned, the money too, it is no longer possible to use. Think for yourself whether you need such a "purchase"
