is a regular shirt. but just like their silk underwear, all sizes are one size apart. So XL fits like L. Size L is a bit tight for me and XL too. I wanted XL but not XXL so I was unlucky so it's weird that this shirt only fits a regular size L. When you're in that size range, it seems like a "heavy" shirt in terms of how much it presses down on your shoulders and feels soft (compared to, say, armor, which might also have a soft sole but feel in feel very light in relation to the weight on your shoulders)
