This little fella was the star at a friend's Indian themed anniversary party. The included microphone was enough to invite guests to dance, sing karaoke and then just dance to the music! The battery lasts at least 3 hours depending on how loud you listen to music. In my brief tests, this could last up to 6 hours with quiet background music. After looking for a karaoke party system under $75, I settled on this one. It's got the exact specs to be loud enough and portable enough, and the included mic, remote control, and even the included computer speaker-to-RCA cable and big mic-to-small-mic converter were thoughtful accessories. The system was first used to play background music while plugged in and charged - the wired mic was used for some announcements - later it was fully charged to play dance music in a 20ft x 20ft room and the karaoke mic was just perfect. If sound is important - find it - don't be fooled by trying to get one with lights built in - buy them separately. The only thing I missed was a small EQ (on the more expensive model) to muffle the vocals for karaoke. Insanely happy!
