All is well, liked the product, didn't buy it for nothing.
I bought this fan on the market, they brought it on time, but with a plug not for our country, so there is no way to check this product. I called support, they answered that I should go buy an adapter and promised to add information to the product description that the adapter is not included.

- I can't turn it on because the fan came with an American plug, no adapter.
