Review on ADATA Premier SDXC Class 10 UHS-I U1 Memory Card by Doyun Park ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

In general, everything is not bad, but I expected more.

I expected compliance with the declared characteristics, since writing down 64GB is specifically a long time! It turned out - full rut! Compared to the SDHC 32GB 4 speed class bought almost 3 years ago, this SDXC (class 10) is one to one with the old one in terms of reading, and only gives a slightly higher speed for writing, and not at all as advertised (on the old one, a maximum of a little for 10Mb, compared to 15-17 in this memory card) Of course, 15-17 is half as high as 10 Mb (and therefore I still put a three in my rating), but I would like exactly 30 Mb or at least somewhere close, and not twice as slow as advertised and written directly on the card. I tried to format in two formats exFAT and NTFS - the specified maximum is achieved in exFAT (in NTFS - slower) and on different computers - it's useless! Apparently this is a special program that needs to be measured on a special computer on an operating system that no one has released yet! :-) In real life, the speed declared by the manufacturer is many times slower - i. E. the manufacturer is lying. Addition after 10 months of operation. (November 30, 2022) The card died, at first large files stopped copying, then it was not formatted. Replaced under warranty (good 5 years). I ran the test on a new map - the results are fundamentally different. Apparently they shamanized the firmware or whatever is in the card. Reading on a large file up to 93 mb. writing up to 67 mb. Rating so far 3 (due to the fact that it broke)

Pros
  • Relatively inexpensive for 64GB
Cons
  • Instead of the declared 50 for reading and 30 for writing, it gives out about 20 for reading and a maximum of 17.6 for writing.
