Unpacked and set up. The first print went through with no problems. The print quality is good but not professional. The printer was dead so I charged it and tried to use it a few days later. You can connect to the printer, but the application does not work. Keep selecting Print and nothing happens. Yes, playing around with it for two weeks and no change. I wrote to the support team who responded quickly but their advice to update the phone version, delete the application, restart the phone and reinstall didn't work. Tried a few times and the app's push button still doesn't do anything. So I'm going back today and will look around for other sellers. Too bad, seemed so promising.
