The pictures always came out very dark - even if you tried to lighten them with the app - they never came out as they looked on the phone unless it was outside the photo was taken in bright sunshine, it worked out well. Often also pixelated in places.

I have an iPhone 6 that won't connect to my wifi. After researching I found out that this is an iPhone 6 issue and I need to take it to an Apple Store to have it fixed. Due to the pandemic, the Apple Stores were closed and I still had photos on my phone that I wanted to print. It has a Bluetooth option and I'm very happy to say IT WORKS. I love it

We used to go to Walgreens to get our photos printed but this fantastic new printer means we can print from the comfort of our own home. Our kids gave it to us for our anniversary. We are so grateful that the Lord has blessed us with such loving children. Either way, the printer works great and our kids say it connects to our phones and social media. We still need training but our kids promised to show us how to use it. Thanks kids!

Present to my son for his 18th birthday. He's a bit of a photographer and tech savvy, and he said he wanted that, so we made sure he got it. When he opened the gift he was overjoyed, you should have seen the look on his face! He is very fond of augmented reality hyperphoto technology. He believes that this will catch on quickly and that soon all printers will come with the established standard.

Got this as a Christmas present and I love it! So comfortable! I can take it anywhere and print cute pictures! Very easy to set up! Download the app, make sure it's charged, and you're good to go! You just need to take a picture in good lighting. Otherwise the print will be too dark. As a mother and teacher, this is the perfect accessory. And the fact that your photo can be a sticker is amazing!

Has stopped working and support didn't provide any useful information. It worked fine the first few times, but then it stopped reading images. I contacted support to explain the problem in detail, even the error message that the app pops up and they just gave (repeatedly) instructions to reset the printer and it was never a problem. So now I have a very expensive printer that can do nothing more than anything else.

I wanted to scrap this device. I figured it would be a lot easier than uploading my photos from my phone to a laptop to a USB flash drive and going to the store. I was happy to receive it the next day, it took me a while to figure out the setup but once I figured it out I printed three images hoping the quality would improve. Vain.
