Has stopped working and support didn't provide any useful information. It worked fine the first few times, but then it stopped reading images. I contacted support to explain the problem in detail, even the error message that the app pops up and they just gave (repeatedly) instructions to reset the printer and it was never a problem. So now I have a very expensive printer that can do nothing more than anything else.
