Too bad I went to Rush and maybe more. It's pretty easy to install; However, after installing it, I don't have the "out of the hole" response I was hoping for. When I pressed the pedal I thought it would fly out of the hole, but it's very late and then it goes. After the movement, he will stand up and walk with an amazing response. I have a 2017 5.0 GT/CS convertible with automatic transmission, I put it in track mode to get take off power and it just isn't there. Update: I uninstalled this today (two weeks after the initial install and frustration) and replaced it with Roush P/N 421826 and was well worth the replacement! Airbox and filter are at least twice the size of the K&N. The sturdy construction and general fit are more durable. The look under the hood is also completely different! You'll need to spend a little more time installing it (maybe 10 minutes) but when you buy this you get rid of the tuned pipe entirely and replace it with a rubber plug on the firewall, such a clean, professional look! Also, I had to remove some of the wire wrapping to reroute the MAF wire, but it looks a lot better with a little effort! I really wish I had taken before and after pictures, but I didn't think about it until I was done. And that's just part of the setup. Perfomance. Let me tell you about the performance! If K&N is a stock upgrade, then Roush is an even bigger upgrade from K&N. Don't get me wrong, I love K&N; However, this setup was messy. Extra parts are left in if not needed, parts that fit but don't look like they were made specifically for the application. Then take off. I hesitated with K&N for so long, now I can burn tires with Roush every time. Again, I'd spend an extra $10 and 10-20 minutes to get a clean professional install with a lot more instantaneous performance!
