Review on ✈️ CRAZEDpilot CP-1ANR: Ultimate Active Noise Reduction Headset for Aircraft by Greg Hammett

This headset deserves 5 stars for its performance compared to the competition at this price point, but why on earth does it use a 9V battery?! AA would be incredibly handy as I already use it for all my other devices. Instead I had to find a 9V rechargeable battery which costs $40 using an Energizer charger or a cheaper EBL box which I bought but the batteries are too wide for the case so you disassemble the case must once they are in . A massive oversight and I'm very curious as to why they did it. Pros - The headset itself works great. It's comfortable, easy to use, the mic and sound quality are great, and the noise-cancellation makes a very noticeable difference. I can wear them on 6 hour flights with no complaints and they are not too heavy. Cons: They rely heavily on the compression created by the cushion, so wearing sunglasses results in a very noticeable increase in noise. I now completely avoid wearing glasses. .
