My baby definitely didn't like them at first, they were ridiculously heavy for them and didn't seem to stay cold for long. but one of my aunts found 3 pcs. in TJ Maxx and gave it to us and I didn't want to say no so we gave them another chance. she loves them! Now they still don't stay cold as long as I'd like, but it doesn't seem to bother them at all. I love that they don't have a shape that can get stuck in her mouth like banana, giraffe etc. She has one from Nuby with stubble and she loves it but she can put it at the top of her mouth. her mouth at once and it's scary to me.
