Review on Waterfall Commercial Bathroom Lavatory by Bathfinesse by Larry Morris

I have to say no matter how many items I've purchased from Revain, it was my first time writing a review. We remodeled our bar at our house and the faucet worked as it should for the first few months. We were driving out of town on the 4th of July weekend and when we came back we noticed water was dripping from the ceiling just below the bathroom where this faucet was installed. We immediately shut off the water supply and called a plumber who traced the water leak inside the faucet. Then a restoration company came to us and they found that water had seeped into the bar area, under the hardwood floors and through the carpet into the adjoining room. The attached photos show the material that had to be removed to mitigate the effects of the water and we are now reviewing an issue that will result in a $15,000+ project. All these floors etc. were laid during our renovation a few months ago. I messaged the company that sold this faucet on 7/6/2021 and they replied asking for my address to ship me a new faucet. I replied to them on 7/19/2021 and received no reply, and sent them another message on 7/23/2021 and received no reply. I'm not sure what my other options are but felt it necessary to let others know that #1 I have little to no confidence in their products and #2 if you have a problem, good luck with that to find someone to carry on with you. I hope this helps someone avoid the same problems we did.
