That's exactly what I was looking for in training pants. Easy. Lightweight but super durable. I'm about 5'11 and 165 lbs. I usually wear a 31 or 32 in regular pants. I bought media. They fit perfectly with a little extra room at the waist (a few inches). And the panties barely touch the heels of my legs.
