One of the best deals, glad I bought this.
Different pros: The write/read speed is fast. I transferred photos, the speed reached 70-80MB / s. The old Seagate 500GB is very much inferior in this. Has some cons With a safe shutdown, the disk continues to spin up for some time (1-2 minutes). We have to wait, but maybe this is the case in the laptop.
