I love this honey pot. It looks elegant. Easy to use. With my left hand I take the pot and with my right I pull out the ladle. Honey flows onto food in a thin stream. When I want a stronger flow, I take out the ladle and pour the honey out of the pot. With practice there will be few leaks. The collar of the pot and the ladle may need to be wiped down with a sponge about once a week. It is very easy to wipe the outer surface of the entire pot as well as the ladle handle; very soft. If the honey gets hard I can microwave it whole for a few seconds or half a minute until it becomes liquid again. Wow, easy and healthy.
