I bought this for a Halloween costume for my 3 year old son to play the Man in Yellow in Curious George. I got the 7T because I knew it would be small and it was perfect for what I needed it for. If you expect it to be true to size, it isn't, and you'll need to go up a few sizes. My son is between 3T and 4T and 7T fits well. The shirt was a bit long, but he still has room to wear it for another season. The quality was good for thermal underwear and heavy.
