Review on 5.6FT Hanging Santa Claus Christmas Decorations For Outdoor Gutter Roof Chimney Tree - Perfect Xmas Holiday Ornament By AISENO by Mike Cassidy

Stayed up if not taped to roof material

I finally put up the Santa the day before Christmas. I had the hands taped (with tape already on Santa) to the edge of the roofing and the red loop (like a ribbon) on his head secured on to the eyelet screw of my hanging house number. Within a few hours - or at least when I looked out) the hands let go and Santa was hanging by the loop, very skinny. So I got my stool back out and attached him to the vertical wood under the roofing. He stayed for 2 days even though I thought adhesive wouldn’t work, it even sprinkled a couple times. So brought him down the 26th and OMG it was so difficult to unattached the adhesive palms of his hands - not in a bad overworked way, just in a surprisingly secure way - .So the way he hangs if you outstretch the arms a bit, you cannot tell he is an unstuffed dude, looked good (except that his hands are holding on like Spider-Man hands vertically).Except for the incompatibility with my roofing shingles, Santa’s a win.We also would have put him closer to the chimney but it was short me and the girls and I could not monitor from the farther down the roof, but you could certainly make it more exact. You could hang him right there at the top of the chimney depending on if adhesive could stick on your housing materials (and you can get on the roof).
