Philips Sonicare Healthy White Electric Lavender Toothbrush I liked the product itself. Going from a super-expensive electric toothbrush to a Sonicare made a huge difference, like going from a prop plane to a jet engine. I liked the timer feature that tells me when to move on to the next part of my mouth, which really makes for a thorough brushing. However, after 4 uses, the head started falling off during cleaning. It no longer sticks to the base. I have no idea if the fault was in the head itself or in the base. I could try new heads but I didn't want to put myself through the hassle of having to order new heads after only 4 uses. So I requested a refund. I will look for another model/manufacturer because I don't want to risk getting the same model and repeating the problem.
