Review on SUMERAIN Wall Mount Pot Filler Faucet, Brushed Nickel Finish With Dual Swing Joints Design by Anthony Tegan

Bought this faucet for my mom basically because the reviews were good. After having it installed by a licensed plumber, noticed a leak around the valve. Then also noticed that the whole structure is not square and the extention arms are not parallel to eac other, see pictures. After trying to use the pot filler the whole body or pot filler assembly was able to rotate easily around the valve connection and i had to shut off the main with fear that leak will be made worse. The producct looks good on the website but not once installed. I'm hoping we got a defective one and will return it soon.
