SUMERAIN Wall Mount Pot Filler Faucet, Brushed Nickel Finish With Dual Swing Joints Design Review

Bought this faucet for my mom basically because the reviews were good. After having it installed by a licensed plumber, noticed a leak around the valve. Then also noticed that the whole structure is not square and the extention arms are not parallel to eac other, see pictures. After trying to use the pot filler the whole body or pot filler assembly was able to rotate easily around the valve connection and i had to shut off the main with fear that leak will be made worse. The producct looks good

Threading at the base rusted out and broke. Luckily, we were in the kitchen and turned off the supply with minimal spillage. Lasted 15 months. A lot cheaper than others I saw but I guess you get what you pay for.

We spent over $100,000 on our kitchen and did not see any reason to spend more ona pot filler than this. I did the job. That's my review!

Pot filler is beautiful, but started to leak two months after it was installed. Trying to contact seller as they have a 5 year warranty against leaking.Supplier sent parts to fix problem. Works Great! Thank you.

The double handle is great because you can turn the water on at the wall and control it at the faucet without having to reach over a hot pot to turn the water on and off like the last one I had. It looks great and we get a lot of compliments on it in our newly remodeled kitchen.

I have had this faucet for 14 months and loved what it did but this mornig it broke at the bottom causing a flood in the kitchen. The thread at the botton are stripped

We were excited to install the pot filler in our remodeled kitchen. However, it seems that it is crooked and hangs more to the right. Beautiful color and good quality material but disappointed on the turnout.

Only lasted one year with limited useUpdate, they did send me a used faucet to pull cartridges out of that did work That's my review.

This was the steal of the week. Easy to install and quality seems very good. I don’t get why all the ones at big box stores are so much more money.

It's a nice product, it's just sad that our contractor did not notice the filler is slightly slopped and it has a drip. So trying to read reviews if anyone else had these problems and how did you fix. Thank you.

The faucet looks and works graet however when attaching the two sided threaded pipe as the directions say ours leaked. we had to flip the pipe opposite of what the directions show into our wall and it worked without leaking.

A 1/2" NPSM fitting on the faucet side of the nipple is normal, however; there is nothing in the faucet to seal the water from leaking. Thread tape is not enough to create a seal, there is no O-ring inside the fixture where the nipple threads into. Very odd and we will likely have to return the faucet. I'm really interested how other people have installed this with a good seal.

Looks nice but quality is low. Barely used this after installation, but product started to leak. One of the internal components broke, resulting in a leak within the product even while in the off position. Unfortunately Sumerain was not responsive.
