Not cotton.: my review

Runs small - I bought according to the size chart and a size 7 fits my average 5 year old. However, the problem is that I bought this dress because it says 100% cotton. It's definitely not cotton. I don't even think it's a cotton/poly blend. It's cheap polyester. Not worth the price I paid. Unfortunately my daughter fell in love with it and the cut is very cute so we will keep this dress despite its lies and deceit.
