Excellent customer service. This company easily solved a very difficult problem for me. If you have a choice of providers, I recommend this company to others because you can be sure that they will take care of you. As for the product. It works. Depending on the wiring and installation, there may be slight signal problems. Don't hide it behind heavy metal and don't ground it to a grounded DC motor. Also, remember to always connect reverse to reverse and ground to ground. DO NOT mix up the wiring by trying to adjust the image or shift the right side of the image to the left. This can seriously damage the wiring in the car. Connect the RCA connector to your display or GPS navigator. If you want it to only work in reverse, remember that you need a separate return power connection to the power rail, just one wire. On GPS navigators it is usually marked "backwards". Connect RCA to RCA Camera in GPS Navigation. And connect the return power to the radio box, also ground it, solder it with a radio soldering gun if possible, or use a solder extension. Small swiveling connectors or Scott connectors with a mechanical grip do not work well with thin wires going to a wireless receiver. Kind regards.
