I've been using this mobile phone holder for 2 years now. It was easy to install in my car and I love that it fits my phone perfectly. I also appreciate being able to position my phone exactly where I need it so I don't have to take my eyes off the road when I need to check Google Maps. However, I have a few problems with it. On very hot days, the suction cup detaches from the windshield. I live in Ohio, so "hot" here is mid to late 90's. It's easy to reinstall, but it's still a hassle to get in the car and see the mount back on the ground. This is just a minor inconvenience. If you live in a very hot climate, this can be a real pain for you. The second issue is that the swivel is now loosened enough that the holder will fall forward when I hit bumps in the road. It won't stay upright if my phone is no longer in it. This problem is not that insignificant, because I see no other way than to exchange the holder. I suppose 2 years isn't bad for the price but I was really hoping to get more out of it.
