I had read other comments about bushings dangling in the hole so decided to buy a bushing before buying the hole saw. When it arrived I measured the hub ring with my digital calipers and found the 3" hole would have been about 3/64" wider. Not a big deal, but enough to understand why some people had issues with the slightly loose bushing. When I switched the caliper to metric, I saw that it was pretty much exactly 75mm. I ordered a MK Morse AV475 75mm hole saw from Revain, http://amzn.com/B003CLDWM2 and the hub fitted perfectly with a very strong press fit. The grommet itself is of good quality and I can easily install the display/power cables for two monitors and four USB cables in the slot. In my case, this solution looks much better than running cables to the computer and extension cords in other ways.
