This product is amazing. He deserves five stars. I've only had it a week so can't comment on battery life, but it's easy to charge and bright enough. I was planning on moving my daughter from co-sleeping to a crib. The problem is my room is very dark at night and the night light I bought her last goes out after four hours so I scared a 15 month old girl early in the morning because she can't see and can't find her. Bottle. It was the perfect solution. It's light enough that I can cut it open and put it in bed with her before bed, and I don't have to worry if she wakes up worried it's dark. To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect but after only five days in her crib at night it's great. She can use the light to find her bottle, which is very cute. Now she loves her bed. I also put it for her at bedtime and she rolls it around and plays with it softly until she falls asleep with it in her hand. It definitely minimized the nighttime screams and since she can see and find her bottle I didn't have to get up and help her adjust. An added bonus, it's bright enough that I can change her in the dark and see clearly myself so I don't have to turn on another light and risk waking her up during the late-night nappy change. Just thinking about turning it off in the morning and charging it so it's always ready. I love that you can set this thing to 12 o'clock just by holding the power button until it flashes three times. I was so worried that I would have a lot of sleepy nights getting up and putting her back down during this transition, but I'm sure this light will fix everything. Five starts, highly recommended. It also makes a great baby shower or Christmas gift for little ones. Oh and one more thing, yes the light is brighter than I expected but it's a soft orange color so it's very calming and not distractingly bright.
