Works well. I recommend it.
So far, so good. I had it about 4 days. I actually felt a little nauseous when I first used it as the vibration was quite energetic. It takes some getting used to. I enjoyed using it as both were applied directly to my abs and then applied to my back as needed. I did notice back pain after the second day of use, but I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. Temporarily, I'm sure. I wish there was a lower setting than the lowest setting as I'm sure some will want a more relaxed option.
