I love this eyeshadow palette! All colors are beautiful and can be combined well. I have another fully matte palette from Tarte that I refer to often as well. This palette features some shimmery and some matte colors. The shimmers aren't too shiny or garish. Shimmer shades add just the right dimension when paired with matte shades. Tarte eyeshadow blends beautifully, the colors are very natural and easy to apply, especially if you are a beginner or don't use a lot of makeup on a regular basis.
