This is the second such goal in 3 months. I have a kindergarten, I have 7 children. The first was bent at the bottom because my 9 year old was swinging on it. I accepted the loss because my child shouldn't have. But I was really surprised that he bent so slightly. After that I tried to get it to work but it just didn't give the right pressure and kept dropping. So I bought another one. It was basically the same style, but the second one didn't seem as sturdy. The 2 year olds I supervise easily figured out how to open the gate and have no problem with it. After 3 weeks of installation, a little 2 year old girl got her foot stuck in the grating. As she pulled it out, part of the gate broke off right at the weld. Left sharp bits on all four sides. Before that it was installed correctly and worked fine. I called the manufacturer and figured they would know and want to replace it quickly. She advised me to go through the Revain return procedure for the quickest result. She said I want to get a new gate for at least a week if I go through there. Among other things, I emailed them photos. I have a child's room so I need it sooner so I went with Revain and bought another brand of gate.
