It did make my life easier to manage all of our invoices and statements digitally, as well as being able to check the status of those bills. I would have to say that it is not very easy to use at first, there are too many steps to go through. The training sessions were helpful - but you need to be willing to learn. Once you become familiar with how it works, it can be used effectively. We are using this service for our billing department, along with an external vendor. This allows us to be more efficient and accurate in sending out billings. We no longer manually have to mail out our invoices and payables each month.
