Review on 🧦 Lightweight Merino Wool Non-binding Casual Socks - 96%, Pack of 3 by Colton Scheehl

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Improving my rating from 4 to 5

I have machine washed them in warm water and never put them in the dryer and they hold up very well! Package Label Information: JB Fields "100% Virgin Wool” Virgin Wool - - Size Medium (Men's 4-8, Women's 5-9) 96% Wool, 4% Nylon. I wear size 8 women's shoes, so it fits me. These socks are a good buy, they are nice, loose and comfortable. tight-fitting soft wool socks and so on. There's a small amount of elastic that runs through the top edge of the cuff, but it's not tight and doesn't help the sock cuffs ride up around my ankles. As other reviewers point out, this elastic thread can be cut off if care is taken. This relaxed fit is ideal for those unhappy with spandex wool socks that are too tight. When manufacturers add so much spandex (elastane) socks become very difficult to put on, especially due to mobility issues. Remember these socks are nice and loose fitting and won't stick to the bottom of your shin. (The reality is that the cuffs of socks are a straight cylinder that goes up and down, but the ankle and calf go from narrow to wide. No sock, even with a lot of spandex, will go without a garter.) There isn't one washing instructions. on the packaging and I would not lightly assume that they are machine washable or machine dryable. Machine wash and dry at your own risk. Only gave them 4 stars because I don't know how to wear them yet if they are long lasting. They are not tight and tight. They're pretty light and don't feel too tight in my shoes. 3 pairs for $30 is a great buy compared to other brands that can cost $15-$20. Also, many of these more expensive "wool" socks may contain as little as 50% or less real wool.
