I have size 2/3t for my son as he is very thin and his waist is very small. (For reference if you have a tape measure, my son's waist is about 19 inches.) They barely fit him. You stress him out a little. Also, the stripes over his underwear dig into his skin slightly. I don't know if it's just a design or if they are tight. He wears them for a while and there is no indentation to show how snug they fit. He seems very comfortable wearing them. Next time I will order a size larger.
