I ordered my bed, when they were not in stock. And my order was placed on time. I received my receipt and time frame for shipping and arriving. The company called and ask me details on which delivery company that I needed. They shipped that day and within a week later, From Florida to Alabama, it took a week and the shipping company called a day ahead to schedule an appointment for the next day. The box size was approx 80" X 42" X 8" . Pilot Freight company, delivered my bed. They were very professional, and kind to help me, for the box weighs 150 lbs. They put the corner of the package in my door, I pulled from inside and the helper, very kind pushed from the other side and made it easy to get the package in the house. Great people.Day to set the bed up, I ordered a king size, I took the mattress off, stored the twin box springs and old middle bed frame support for box springs, so in other words I gutted the old frame I had. I undone the box, and me and my helper took the frame out of the box. It was folded in the middle length wise, so that was 40" folded each side. We added the legs, frame still folded, they were adjustable, you just unscrew them till you get the length you need. I unscrewed the legs to 14". We then with the frame still folded, put the frame inside the bed, and unfolded the frame. Put the mattress back on the new frame. That was all there was to it.I will say, you will need two men to do the job, because the frame weighs 150 lbs, making it 75 lbs for each to lift. My mattress also weighed 150 lbs. I have a Sealy Hybrid Copper II Performance, Posturepedic Mattress, worked fine. The legs seem to appear real good quality.The wireless remote is very nice, easy enough to learn. The bed has a great night light, if you need one, It lights the whole floor, at night, if turned on. The massage on the bed works pretty good, being my mattress is, I think about 10" to 12" thick, has timers up to 30 mins on massage. Haven't set up the emergency zero gravity setting yet, seems easy enough. batteries came with the remote.I am very glad I bought the warranty, When the package came, I noticed it was made in Taiwan, of course most of the furniture comes form there now. The Factory Warranty was simple to fill out, I did it online, Company address in the manual, says located in Georgia, All tho the product was shipped from Orlando, Florida. The extended warranty was simple to fill out. The paperwork came via email, all the information needed to register the product. Bed was already registered with the extended warranty, just needed to call and confirm the information, The seller previously had sent for the extended warranty.Have used the bed 3 days now, and I am proud of my purchase. I feel that I got a great deal. If I needed another, I would buy again. Thanks dealbeds.com
