Product looks great and works great. Got the chopper a day ago and so far it has been as good as advertised. Just plug in and get started. Plug it in, turn it on and start grinding! The noise level is minimal compared to other shredders I've used. The size is slightly larger than I expected. My only complaint/suggestion would be that I wish it could shred more pieces of paper at once. I can probably safely shred 2-3 standard letter sized sheets at a time, and the hole isn't very big at all. Another complaint would be that this was literally shipped in 3 boxes. A box in a box, in another box. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product. A bit more expensive than other paper shredders that do the same but look way better!
