Microscopic on my review.

These are way too small to handle even with my needle point tweezers. I lost 2 pieces for every successfully positioned piece. I never could even get these to melt with an oxy-propane torch set. They would just oxidize but never melt

Pros

have not gotten a chance to use yet but they are going to be easier than not having these.

Cons

The 0.25mm thickness could make the chips too fragile for some projects
