great job and very happy to have found something natural and compostable
maybe a bit more brittle than the plastic we are all used to but of course that is the only reason we are all trying to move towards plastic give up, right? because he is indestructible. unfortunately we cannot have our own cake and also eat it. but it was way better than I could ever have imagined and it's very, very workable. I even had some very cramped teeth. I sawed carefully as another poster mentioned and it felt really great. I feel a lot better about using it instead of using plastic stuff.
