A good cup holder works best with drop bars

This leather looks nice on the bike but it wasn't until I made some adjustments to stiffen it that before the adjustments it was thin and sagging. In fact, I glued the cup holder to the bag, initially it was held in place by a thin strap. I then riveted a strap to the guard bar, it has 6 to hold it in place, I drilled and riveted the top strap closest to the bike. Looks good, holds up well and is strong.
