Incredibly fast color change

These work. The functionality of PWM and wheelbarrow is good. They are quiet at low speeds. The only thing I don't like is that the brightness of the light changes a lot during the color cycle; Red is much darker than blue. If the colors were changing more slowly, that wouldn't be a problem, but since they're changing quickly, the fluctuations in intensity are annoying.
