Exactly what I was looking for
I've read a lot of reviews about different dish organizers and I'm glad I chose this one. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but it was worth it. Below is bamboo (not chipboard like others), but the "wingsโ open very wide. Was sold specifically for one that fits a 3.25 inch pizza cutter on the side. As shown in the picture, we only opened one wing to maximize space. The dividers feel securely in place. (Do some people put their dishes back wet? Water deforms wood, maybe that's why people have trouble with these things.) Someone very lucky to love this item.
