Finally found the perfect mug.

Always try to keep portions accurate to 4 oz. It helps a lot with sweets as sugar makes me sick to death. They are dishwasher safe, use them all the time. Exactly 4 ounces, no need to worry about measuring. Helps with meal preparation. Reminds me not to eat larger than this size. I would buy more products. I love dishwashers.
