I sent mine back but only gave 5 because I think it's unfair for manufacturers to give them less. The name speaks for itself. Not every home is the same or designed the same way. The score is for the build quality, the bundled package (5 nodes and 1 head unit) and a solid app that offers easy network setup and management. This would be ideal for a home with lots of open space. If this is your home, this system will serve you well. But on the other hand, because I don't, and probably many of us don't either, that's why we're looking for such a system that will provide the network performance we're hoping for. And this is where the system fails. I've had a Luma system (still on sale here for $120) for over a year now and I'm hoping to replace it with this new system from Mercku Hive, but I'm not sure it will be much better. Maybe I'll just upgrade my Luma system instead of replacing it. I hope your experience is different.
