Review on MindArc by Reid Rickerson

The tools are great, they have everything you need in one place! I like that it's all web-based so there is no software necessary (unless your using some other platform). It can be overwhelming at first but once we got our feet wet with things - its been pretty easy going from then forward. We've used mindarc primarily as an ecommerce tool; however, their reporting features make them ideal if you're looking into analytics or segmentation of customer data. They do offer many different types of reports which allows us flexibility when needed.
