I had no idea it was so easy to get little combs on homemade gnocchi. Let's be honest; Making gnocchi takes a lot of work, but it's great to be able to take that little extra step for a professional result. They are really plain and simple. There's nothing to break, no complex features, just a simple bamboo board for you to roll out dough to make little ridges. Brilliant. Cleaning is easy with a brush dipped in soapy water. This is good value for a very specialized tool. I also like that it's made of wood: not just another piece of plastic that pollutes the environment. I love this simple tool.
