Review on Terk BMS-58 Integrated Multiswitch - 5 Input/8 Output (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by Tom Reasons

I brought one of these back in early 2005. I discovered this was a bug in August 2005. Audiovox, they told me to send it back for a replacement. I sent it back in August 2005. I called them to check the status, they told me they were out of stock so they couldn't send me a replacement. It's the end of November and they keep telling me they don't have a replacement. They say they really aren't being produced, but contact has been made somewhere. Until they place an order for the next batch, they don't have the inventory to send me a replacement. I asked them to refund my money so I can buy another one from any reseller. They refused and said they had no way of returning the money. The only choice I have is to wait. I've also found that this switch works well for off-air HDTV broadcasts, but not for FTA satellite TV signals. It only works for DirecTV as it was designed just for that.
