Review on Filter under the sink Geyser Allegro M with tank by Adam Pietras ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The product is terrible, much below my expectations.

Installed strictly according to instructions. When the cracks were discovered, I was sure that I had come across a defective copy with a casting defect, and they would simply replace it for me. But Geyser's warranty service refused me rather rudely over the phone, saying that since you installed the filter yourself, the warranty does not apply. He offered to bring the filter for examination, they said that the examination would be paid. To my arguments and objections, they said that they did not know anything, you can sue. As a result, I had to take a block for pre-filters (which is for three flasks) from another company and combine them. Technically, nothing complicated, just some waste of time, money and nerves. After that, I bought two more filters, but from a different company, I also installed them myself, everything is perfect with them, complete tightness! And Geyser is a shame - both for the marriage, and (most importantly) for the boorish attitude towards customers!

Pros
  • Filters well, no scale. If it didn't leak, I would put 4-5 points.
Cons
  • All flasks with threaded connections are leaking! The reason is plastic defects (see photo).

Its pros: Perfectly purifies water Has cons: The mineralizer implies a special tap.
